Welcome to Silvee (“Silvee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”),a jewellery brand owned and operated by Suvarnakrupa JewelsPrivate Limited (“Company”), a company incorporated under thelaws of India, having its registered office at 13-14, Durga ShoppingCenter, Ambika Nagar, Odhav, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India [Insert PIN Code][Insert CIN/GSTIN].

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and useof the website https://silvee.zestra.in (the“Website”), and any related mobile applications, services, and featuresoffered by Silvee (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing an order throughthe Platform, you (“User,” “Customer,” or “you”) agree to be bound bythese Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation &Refund Policy, Return Policy, and Cookie Policy, all of which areincorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part ofthese Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or of legal age to enterinto a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use thePlatform or place an order.
• If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with theinvolvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• By using the Platform, you represent that all information youprovide (name, address, contact details, payment information) isaccurate, current, and complete.

2. Account Registration

• You may be required to create an account to place an order. Youare responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your logincredentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Silvee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account ifany information provided is found to be inaccurate, false, orincomplete, or if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawfulactivity.

3. Products, Pricing &Descriptions

• Silvee offers jewellery crafted primarily in 999 Fine Silver, 925Sterling Silver, Argentium Silver, Oxidized Silver, and Gold-PlatedSilver, across categories including rings, earrings, bangles, pendants,chains, bracelets, necklaces, mangalsutras, kadas, anklets, and kids’jewellery.
• We make reasonable efforts to display product images,descriptions, weight, purity, and pricing as accurately as possible.However: - Actual product colour, finish, and stone placement may varyslightly from images due to photographic lighting, screen resolution,and the handcrafted/artisanal nature of jewellery. - Metal weight andgemstone/stone weight are approximate and may vary withinindustry-standard tolerances (typically +/- 5-10%). - Prices are subjectto change without prior notice, including due to fluctuations insilver/metal rates, making charges, and applicable taxes. The priceapplicable will be the price displayed at the time of orderconfirmation.
• All prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) andare inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shippingcharges, if any, are additional and disclosed at checkout.
• Where jewellery is described as hallmarked or purity-certified,the relevant certification/hallmark details (e.g., BIS hallmark forsilver, where applicable) will be mentioned on the product page oraccompanying invoice/certificate.

4. Order Placement &Acceptance

• Placing an order on the Platform constitutes an offer by you topurchase the product(s), which is subject to acceptance by Silvee. Aconfirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp message does not constitute acceptanceof your order; it is an acknowledgement that we have received it.
• Silvee reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any orderat its sole discretion, including in cases of: - Product unavailabilityor discontinuation; - Pricing or product description errors; - Suspectedfraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity; - Non-deliverableaddresses or repeated failed delivery attempts; - Orders that appear tobe placed for resale/bulk commercial purposes without priorauthorization.
• In the event an order is cancelled by Silvee after payment hasbeen made, a full refund will be processed in accordance with ourCancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Payments

• We accept payments through the modes made available on thePlatform, which may include credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking,wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.
• All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSScompliant third-party payment gateways. Silvee does not store yourcomplete card or banking credentials on its servers.
• In case of payment failure after debit from your account, theamount is typically reversed by the bank/payment gateway within 5-7business days. Silvee is not liable for delays caused by banks orpayment intermediaries.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform, including but not limited to theSilvee name, logo, designs, product images, text, graphics, andsoftware, is the exclusive property of Suvarnakrupa Jewels PrivateLimited or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian andinternational intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or createderivative works from any content on the Platform without our priorwritten consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to: - Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or inviolation of these Terms; - Upload or transmit any harmful, defamatory,obscene, or infringing content; - Attempt to gain unauthorized access tothe Platform, servers, or connected databases; - Interfere with thesecurity or proper functioning of the Platform; - Use any automatedmeans (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Platformwithout authorization.

8. Third-Party Links &Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services(e.g., payment gateways, social media, courier tracking). Silvee is notresponsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of suchthird-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silvee and SuvarnakrupaJewels Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, orinability to use, the Platform or products purchased thereon.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shallnot exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving riseto the claim.
• Silvee is not responsible for delays or failures in performanceresulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including naturaldisasters, strikes, courier/logistics disruptions, or governmentrestrictions (“Force Majeure”).

10. Governing Law &Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with thelaws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with theseTerms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts atAhmedabad, Gujarat, India.
