We stand behind the quality of every Silvee piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refund Policy is designed to make the process smooth and fair for you.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect or was delivered incorrectly.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made, personalised, or engraved jewellery pieces.
  • Items that have been worn, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional events, unless defective.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the item.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm eligibility.
  • Step 3: Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Please do not ship the item back without prior approval.
  • Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it via a trackable courier service.
  • Step 5: Upon receipt and quality inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, bank account, etc.).
  • In case of online payment failures where the amount was debited, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items dispatched by Silvee.
  • Silvee is not responsible for delays in refund processing by your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for a different size or design of equal or higher value, subject to availability.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • For exchanges of higher value, the customer is required to pay the difference amount.
  • Custom and engraved pieces are not eligible for exchange.

6. Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free pick-up and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please retain all original packaging and do not use the item.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
  • To cancel, email us at [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; you may instead follow the return process after delivery.
  • Custom and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
