At Silvee, every piece is packaged with care to reach you in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle deliveries across India and internationally.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) from the date of payment confirmation.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces require 7–14 business days for production before dispatch.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch (available for select pin codes at additional cost).
- Free standard shipping on orders above ₹2,999. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below this threshold.
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. International Shipping
- We ship to select international destinations. International shipping charges and timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
- Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after dispatch.
- International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local charges applicable in their country.
- Silvee is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
4. Packaging
All Silvee jewellery is dispatched in our signature branded jewellery box and sealed securely to protect the product during transit. Orders placed as gifts can include a complimentary gift message — please add your message in the order notes.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.
- You can track your order on the courier partner's website or through the tracking link shared with you.

6. Undeliverable & Returned Shipments
- If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will apply.
- Silvee is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
